„Hey nam Wejman!” - A report on the opening of the exhibition „Wejman. Graphics. Retrospective”
- 2026-03-06

Thursday evening at Krakow's Palace of Art will live long in our memories. Exhibition opening „Wejman. Graphics. Retrospective” became a true celebration of Polish graphic design, attracting crowds of visitors whose attentiveness and lively reactions gave the event a unique, almost family-like character.
An evening full of emotions and memories
The vernissage demonstrated the enormous power of Professor Stanisław Wejman's work to bring people together. The space of the Palace of Art was filled not only with the master's works, but above all with hundreds of conversations, reflections and warm gestures. A special moment was the presence of the artist's family - thanks to their reminiscences, the evening gained a personal and deeply moving dimension.
From idea to grand opening
The road to this exhibition was a passionate process. The O.V.A. Foundation has accompanied the project from the very beginning - from the moment the idea was born Oksana Lubovetska (presidents of the Foundation and the company Limpol - the event's sole sponsor), right through to the refined curatorial concept of the Foundation's vice-president, Anna Litwory-Bryt.
Our sincere thanks Przemyslaw Witek for their invaluable collaboration and for providing the beautiful interiors of the Palace of Arts, which became the perfect backdrop for the craftsmanship and ironic tenderness of Wejman's work.
Graphics is alive - see for yourself!
During the opening, the most common words were: „graphic design lives”. And indeed, in Wejman's works - faithful to the craft, yet full of curiosity about the world - this vitality is almost tangible.
If the crowds at the opening did not allow you to quietly contemplate every detail, you are cordially invited to return. This exhibition rewards attentiveness and offers new discoveries with every glance.
